Did you always want to be able to make authentic sushi from scratch? In this class, you'll learn all the techniques needed to create the perfect sushi! 

First, you'll learn everything you need to know about making sushi rice. This could be considered to be almost the most important part of sushi making. 

Then you learn how to make "Tamogoyaki". A Japanese egg omelet which is very fluffy and a famous sushi combination. 

A demonstration will show you how to make Temari, Nigiri, Gunkan, and rolls. Watch closely, because then it's your turn to make your own sushi. 

There's no better way to learn how to make sushi then in the birthplace of sushi!
