Our adventure starts at a vibrant local market, where we will gather fresh, authentic ingredients. You will have the opportunity to choose regional products that will elevate your mole, from chiles to spices, immersing yourself in the richness of Oaxacan gastronomy.

Once in the kitchen, we will learn to prepare Oaxacan mole using authentic methods, pairing it with an exquisite main dish. Additionally, we will indulge in a typical Oaxacan dessert while sharing culinary secrets. Together, we will create a complete menu that includes fresh tortillas and seasonal fruit water.
