Meet at Veronality Info point in the city centre of Verona and get ready for a full day immersion into Italian and Veronese cusine. Ask to our Team for your preferred dishes, so we can plan your unique menu' in advance.

With our local and professional Chef you will first visit a local market or a shop ('bottega') to get some last minute ingredients or some bread; this is your chance to learn about the Italian lifestyle and visit some local shops, while walking into the lanes of this charming town.

Then, once back into the kitchen, you will get ready to cook. Wear an apron with your name on the top, and the class can start. This is an informal cooking lesson, where you get to know all the steps to prepare your meal, while having fun, putting your hands into the flour and cooking in good company. Then, hear interesting stories and traditions from our local Chef.

When everything is ready you will sit around the table and enjoy your own prepared meal with the rest of the group, while enjoying some local Valpolicella wine.

This is just a unique experience to learn cooking and enjoying the time in a friendly school.
