14 October: Vegan green curry- Vegan green curry
20 October: Soft-shell crab with tamarind sauce- Bland pork with peanut sauce and Chinese spinach
27 October: Baked rice with pineapple- Fried snapper fish
3 November: Fried rice noodle with crab- Beef Curry Seasoned with Fermented Shrimp Paste Chilli Sauce
10 November: Steamed seafood curry in coconut- Crab Chilli Paste
17 November: Yellow curry with shrimp- Yellow curry with shrimp
24 November: Spicy Shrimp Paste Fried Rice served with Sweetened Pork & Condiment and deep fried fish- Curry salad with fresh vegetable
1 December: Thai rice noodle with peanut sauce- Grilled pork salad with grape
8 December: Vietnamese Pancake- Thai Rice Noodle with coconut milk
15 December: Herbed Dip of crab in Coconut Milk- Royal crispy rice noodle
22 December: Thai dessert

"Lost Gem in Bangkok"

This was my first time here. It is very easy to travel with BTS to the school. Delicious recipes, all ingredients were fresh and of great quality. The instructor is very helpful, he is very calm on explaining the cooking method carefully and quite fun to cook. I enjoyed this cooking so much! Recommended.
