GIORGIA COOKING
I'm Giorgia, I'm 47, I'm a chef and a sommelier. I have been doing this job with great passion for over 20 years. Food and wine are the means for me to reach the hearts of people by communicating the tradition of my family and the territory, my love for raw materials and the continuous search for the highest quality products. My experience has matured in the management of two restaurants and, lately, of a wine bar. Even before being a job, for me this is a passion. each lesson is enriched with stories about the origin of raw materials and the local traditions.
