We really loved the class! Our chef Van was the best! She took us to the local market and told us so many interesting things about the fruits/vegetables/herbs/... that Vietnamese use when cooking, about their way of life ... we've learned so much! Now we understand their culture more. She also knows so much about preparing food! We've made some really tasty dishes (also vegetarian options for me!), she gave us great directions and let us do all the cooking. Because that's the best way to learn!The entire team was so kind and amazing! We've been in Vietnam for 4 weeks ... and this was the perfect ending to our trip. Dear Van and team - thank you very much for this experience!

We had an amazing experience, we learnt so much about food, flavour and the Vietnamese culture!! Our teacher was informative, very engaging and hung around to have thoughtful conversation with us and answer our questions! 10/10

We did the local market tour. The most interesting and exciting part is that we get to learn and taste all those herbs for the food. The chef is informative and extremely friendly. The food taste so good, we love it a lot. Before we left, we also got the recipe of the food we made from them. It was very kind of them. We are very impressed. We are definitely recommend this place if you are in Hanoi.
