Hello, I am a lover of my country and of its gastronomy. I have inherited the family recipes of my grandmother and my mother, with a unique flavor, since I was little I was taught the art of Mexican food. I have lived in different cities in the beautiful states of Guanajuato and Veracruz, knowing their flavors, and I have visited more than 50 markets throughout Mexico, which have taught me to recognize through smell, sight and touch the best ingredients.
