VISIT THE MILAN MARKET AND TASTE SOME PRODUCTS
Before your class, you’ll visit Milan’s Central Market and its bottegas, which are crammed with fresh produce and local specialities. This vibrant marketplace is a hub for locals and tourists alike, offering an abundance of fresh produce, artisanal goods, and local and international specialties. Led by your chef you will take a tour of the market and indulge in some delicious tastings along the way. Our cooking school is located on the first floor inside the Central Market, get ready to experience the flavors and aromas of Milan's Central Market on this exciting tour, where you'll discover the best of Italy's cuisine and culture.

IT’S TIME TO COOK PASTA AND RISOTTO!
Get your apron tied and follow your chef’s instructions to prepare exquisite traditional Italian  dishes. Menus are seasonal but you will learn how to make traditional Italian pasta and risotto, and of course there’s a dessert!  Measure, mix, mince and stir (and taste of course, to get the seasonings right) as you make your delicious creations. Once everything is ready, sit down and relish the dish you’ve made with a glass of wine. And that’s not the end of the experience - you’ll get a digital recipe booklet and graduation certificate so you can show off what you’ve learned to your friends and family at home.
