My name is Riccardo, I have a degree in Food and Wine Sciences from the University of Roma Tre. I love cooking, I learned with my mother and my two "nonnas" (grandmothers). I attended the Italian Chef Academy in Rome (and obtained the HACCP for food safety) and then moved to some Roman restaurants. Today, I run my own business, a cooking school where, with my team, we teach people how to make pizza, fresh pasta, and sauces.
