自分で麺を作ったのは今回が初めてでした。ホストの方はとても忍耐強く、素晴らしい先生で、この絶品ラーメンを自宅で再現するために必要なコツや秘訣をすべて教えていただきました。料理教室だけでなく、日本人とフランス人の両方が興味を持つ様々な話題について、活発な会話ができたのもとても楽しかったです。本当にありがとうございました！😊

I liked the personal touches added by the chef , it really does give a homemade feel to the whole experience, it was amazing to be able to take part in the process and feel like I was making the food myself whilst having someone there to make sure I'm doing everything right. her English was amazing and the broth was the best ramen I've tasted in Japan so far. would definitely recommend this to someone who wants to try authentic Japanese cuisine

Mikiko is a great teacher. She is patient, gives clear instructions, and is a great foodie! I had a great learning how to make the chashu, ramen and pork broth, all from scratch. The end was both great delicious. I emptied the bowl completely! Good eats!!

My family and I had a lot of fun at Mikiko’s Japanese cooking class! We made and ate many delicious dishes together - it was like cooking with friends but we learnt so much! I loved seeing inside a typical Japanese family home and kitchen, using all the different Japanese kitchen utensils and eating round the table together. Mikiko was so friendly and welcoming, her English is fluent, and the lesson was easy to understand and informative. The perfect way to experience a taste of Japan!

I had such a great time at this cooking class with my daughter! From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and welcome in the instructor’s own beautiful home. The instructor speaks great English and has lived abroad so we could communicate well and had lots to chat about. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow and the chosen menu was delicious! Both adults and children could get involved, learn and enjoy. It was so interesting to learn about the different dishes and the techniques to make them. I have even made some of the dishes at home since returning. A fantastic way to experience real Japanese family life, food and culture. Highly recommend!

The lesson was fun, inviting and welcoming class, where it was easy to laugh, smile, and have a great time while cooking. The food was also delicious!!

I enjoyed being able to take part in almost every step of the process, and I liked that the recipes were easy enough to make on my own.
