Join this hands-on class to experience authentic Japanese home cooking in the warm and welcoming setting of the instructor’s home.

You’ll learn how to prepare Japan’s culinary treasure — premium Wagyu Beef, along with traditional Kakiage Tempura, rolled sushi, and a variety of seasonal dishes made with fresh local ingredients and seasonings.

Even if you’re a beginner, you’ll discover simple techniques for making delicious tempura and sushi rolls with confidence.

After cooking, sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve created, paired with a tasting flight of 3 Japanese sakes.

If you prefer a non-alcoholic option, we’re happy to provide drinks such as iced green tea, soda, sparkling water, or Calpico, a yogurt-like sweet Japanese beverage. Please let us know in advance.
