Everything was really great and the people doing the tour were super kind to my kids which I appreciated.
We had a wonderful evening experience with instructors Mateo & Victoria! They kept the class on track, were very personable, fun and engaging! There was no lag or down time - the three hours flew by and the pasta & gelato was incredible! Our family of 7 plus a baby got a large table all together to ourselves, the process was easy and smooth! Highly recommend!
We learned to make pasta, sauce and dessert. It was awesome!!!

We had a wonderful time and this class was well worth the cost. It was composed of a small group of 10. We all participated in the food prep and even learned a few really helpful chopping techniques. All the food was fresh and delicious. Also enjoyed the market tour. Our chef/ guide was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
The course is very enlightning znd easy to follow. There were only a few of us. The atmosphere is very good and the food even better!
Both of our chef teachers were amazing, fun and very witty. They were both knowledgeable and passed on a lot of information in a warm and friendly way. And the recipes were outstanding! Much better than the normal Tuscan cooking courses I’ve seen. My highest rating.
Visited with husband , adult son and younger son . Iots of fun had by all . My husband likes to make pizza at home and now has all the skills to take it to the next level.
we thoroughly enjoyed our class on August 8th. The instructor was very nice and easy to follow. She made the class fun. We would recommend it highly and do it again and again!!! I hope you can email me the recipes which we unfortunately lost.
We had a fantastic morning and lunch at this beautiful villa. Our teacher, Irene, was welcoming and knowledgable. We can’t wait to recreate all the dishes at home! We highly recommend this course.
We highly recommend this class! We learned so much not only about making pasta but also practical knowledge about cooking. Francesco was friendly and engaging as well as highly knowledgeable with a genuine desire to share that knowledge. Our class size was small (5 total), so we felt included.
We had a lot of fun cooking in Tuscany with Irene. The setting was in a typical very old stable converted into an Italian kitchen…lots of fun!!
