Winter Cooking Lessons in Porto San Paolo

Inside the nature of Sardinia a day with local guides, in the Tiriddo area, a small village in the municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo with an amazing and panoramic view. 

We'll have a Cooking Class workshop to learn how to prepare typical Sardinian products, baked goods, pasta dishes or typical desserts.

• Sardinian appetizers with cheese, sausage, bread and wine
  Seadas (sweet raviolo made with pasta stuffed with fresh cheese, fried and covered with honey)

• 10:00 am: Meeting at our house
• 10:30 am: Cooking class of Seadas
• 12:00 am: Cook and serve session
• 12:30 am: Aperitif with cold cuts, snack and white wine Vermentino DOCG
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy your dessert "Seadas"
• 3:00 pm: End of cooking class
