Travel outside the city to a traditional farmhouse, where a gourmet instructor will show you the secrets behind this famous rice-and-seafood dish. 10:00 am – Pick-up at the meeting point
We welcome you and begin a small escape to the authentic Valencian countryside, away from the noise and stress of the city.

10:30 am – Arrival at our country house
You'll be greeted with a welcome drink in a peaceful setting surrounded by orange trees.
This is more than a cooking class — it's a local and authentic experience.
We'll begin with a brief introduction to the history of traditional Valencian paella, followed by a relaxing walk through the orange grove.

11:00 am – Cooking experience begins
We get hands-on and start cooking the paella step by step, just as Valencian families have done for generations.

11:30 am – Tapas break
While the fire works its magic, it’s time to relax and enjoy a selection of traditional Spanish tapas.

11:45 am – Final steps of the paella
We return to the fire to discover the small secrets that make a paella truly special.

12:15 pm – The big moment: paella is ready!
We sit down together to enjoy it in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by sangria, wine, beer, soft drinks, and water — all included.
We finish with a homemade dessert while enjoying the peaceful garden and good conversation.

1:00 pm – A special memory to take home
Each participant receives their Paella Ambassador Certificate, a unique souvenir of the experience.

1:30 pm – Return to the meeting point
We head back with more than just a recipe — a truly authentic Valencian experience.
