South East cooking is a very powerful and important area within Anatolian culinary. My mom is originally from Urfa (South East Turkey) You can eat different specialties of that are in different kebab restaurants but home cooking of southeast delicates is what we promise.

You will feel home with us, we will teach you about the ingredients and you will enjoy how to prepare to cook a perfect southeast table at your own place.

• 9:30 am: Arrival school
• 10:00 am: Cooking session 1
• 12:30 pm: Tasting
• 1:00 pm: Leaving back to Endulus Park Mall

Afternoon Class

• 2:15 pm: Meeting at Endulus Park mall
• 2:30 pm: Arrival school
• 3:00 pm: Cooking session 1
• 5:30 pm: Tasting
• 6:00 pm: Leaving back to Endulus Park Mall
