Your experience begins with a guided visit to a local market, where you'll explore the vibrant stalls and learn about the fresh produce, aromatic herbs, spices, and essential ingredients that define Malaysian cuisine. Back at the family home, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking session as you prepare a selection of authentic Malaysian dishes using traditional techniques and locally sourced ingredients.
