このクラスについて
One person per cooking station enables each student to be in control of his/her own dish from start to finish. Our kitchen is spacious and complete with all ingredients and equipment needed. We prepared ahead of time and our chef instructors are knowledgeable in Filipino Cuisine rooted in multi-generational recipes and traditional methods from their own family's home-style cooking.

- Fried Vegetable Lumpia (Vegetable Egg Roll)
- Gising-Gising (Roasted Eggplant)
- Pork Sinigang (Sour Soup with Pork)
- Chicken Adobo
- Pansit Habhab (Noodles)
- Leche Flan
スケジュール
- 9:00 am: Pick up at your hotel (Not included in the price. Please let us know if you request a pick up service)
- 10:00 am: Introduction (Introduction of local ingredients to be used, foreign influences of each dish)
- 10:15 am: Cooking proper
- 1:00 pm: Break for Lunch (eating the dishes you've cooked)
- 2:00 pm: Cooking last two dishes (desserts)
- 3:00 pm: Return to Hotel

"Wonderfully educational and delicious"
The chefs were very welcoming and gave us a lot of background on the food’s origins and technique. It was such a pleasure spending a few hours learning about and making Filipino food. The best part was EATING it! Definitely recommended.

"A great way to spend the day"
Very engaging hands on class. Everything felt very authentic and I'm super happy I got the chance to learn to make some traditional recipes.
