This was so much fun! Accursia and her son Vincensio were welcoming, knowledgeable, and prepared. From start to finish, we were taught about the pasta and how to make it. We created sevveral different pasta shapes (6 total), and learned about a variety of edible flowers and herbs to include. Everything we used was grown on their property and we were also treated to home grown fruits, wine, and breads. The experience was amazing and we really enjoyed it!❤️😊

We loved every minute of our time learning how to make pasta in the traditional way, with fresh, local produce. Definitely worth a visit If you're in the area.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at their beautiful home. The class was very informative, accessible and a lot of fun. Along with the traditional techniques, they have some of their own special touches that you can't learn anywhere else. 100x better than learning on YouTube :)

Phenomenal experience. It was like walking into your grandmother's kitchen to learn and help her cook. It was so personal and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sicily

We had a wonderful time at Accursia's house in Sciacca. The environment and attention to detail surprised us. We were in a group (two of us are celiac) and the day exceeded all expectations. The garden and greenhouse are beautiful and their products are all handmade. If I were to return I would like to try another lesson with Accursia!
