The authentic flavor of Balinese food is rich with indigenous spices and herbs. All the ingredients are locally harvested to maintain freshness and authentic flavors in their presentation.

The cooking session presents a three-course meal of authentic Balinese cuisine: appetizer, main course, and dessert. Every participant gets involved in everything from preparation and cooking to savoring the food of their cooking. Chef Lanang has been well-experienced in his specialty local food for decades and is passionate about sharing his expertise with foodies seeking authentic local foods.
