Tik is an amazing teacher, really funny and helpful. The market trip was fun and the food yummy - we're still full the next day

Der Kurs hat mit einem Besuch beim örtlichen Markt begonnen, dort hatte „Tiktak“ Einzelheiten über unsere Zutaten erklärt. Danach ging es schon ans handgemachte … Zutaten vorbereiten und dann auch selber kochen! Hat uns super gut gefallen, die selbst gekochten Mahlzeiten war extrem lecker!!

The instructor was knowledgeable, took her time to explain step by step, was funny, and also wanted to learn from the students. I would recommend the school to anyone. I will also come back to the school in the future.

Woody and his wife are great host and teacher. They informed us beforehand of a scheduled power interruption that will take effect during our class hours. The lack of electricity is not a detriment to an enjoyable experience. We want back to basics and use a mortar and pestle in making our own curry paste and it was amazing. They helped us prep our ingredients and he was very patient in explaining and assisting us while we cooked. Since we were the only group, he accommodated my request to learn som tum instead of deep fried bananas. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was very fun and enjoyable from the start. I was picked up at my hotel and we travelled straight to the market. During the car journey we spoke about different Thai foods and some of the ingredients. At the market we went and sourced our ingredients for the class and then traveled to the class itself. The instructors were very friendly and spoke good English. We had a few laughs while preparing food and cooking. Dishes came with recipes and they helped every step of the way 100% would recommend

The class was a very fun and informative experience. We've learned a lot about the ingredients and how to make/prepare the dishes. The Host was always ready to answer questions and his English was clear and easy to understand. We were picked up at our hotel, had a trip to the market and then went to the cooking location. Everything was well prepared beforehand and we had a lot of fun cooking and trying the food. It was very delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Karn and her brother demonstrated the dishes and all the techniques for preparation, cooking and presentation. Ingredients were abundant and fresh. Then we had an opportunity to cook all 3 dishes ourselves with their input. Their set up at home is good. Mildly air conditioner with workstations outdoors for the actual cooking. Cooked Pad Thai, spring rolls, Tom Yum and mango with sticky rice. I participated with my 12 year old boys.

Das Einkaufen auf dem Markt war sehr lehrreich, ein kleiner Einblick in die Welt der Kräuter und Ingredients der Thai Küche. Die Lokaität ist ein kleines familiäres Häuschen. Gekocht wird outdoor. Alles war wunderbar organisiert und vorbereitet. In Multitaskversion lehrten uns die zwei Lehrer unterhaltsam und funny 5 Gerichte, die wir selbst nachgekocht und gemeinsam gegessen haben. Unsere Gruppe war sehr international wir hatten gemeinsam viel Spass. einzig subjektiv nicht perfekt war : Die Qualität der Gerichte könnte etwas optimiert werden( z. B. Die Tom yung goon suppe war etwas wässrig geraten; das kann man jedoch mit dem vermitteltem Wissen gut selbst ändern. Ich war sehr zufrieden und habe einen wunderbaren Tag gehabt und sehr viel mit Spass mitgenommen. Würde den Kurs auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen. Enjoy!

It was great fun with a group of 8 in total. We really enjoyed it! They spoke good English, so it was easy to fellow.

I loved the explanation and tasting of each ingredient as we prepared them for cooking. Our instructors were amazing and the experience was well worth it!

Mr. Sun was very patient and he took time let us taste, smell, feel some of the spices which I've never seen before. He was funny too! The dishes all turn out to be very delicious!!! Great recipe and he made sure we can adjust the recipe to our taste as well. :) Thank you, Mr. Sun!

Karn and Sun made the class very easy. Good hands on cooking and really nice dishes. We were amazed at how much food we prepared in such short time. One of us wasn’t a cook of any sort, but I really enjoyed the experience anyway - so I found out that I could easily cook these dishes. I recommend this cooking class to everyone, even if you don’t cook. This is “easy cooking”

Karn was so kind, patient and knowledgeable! It was such a fun day of shopping, finding new foods to taste and cook with. A perfect way to spend the day and learn about Thai flavours and cooking.

We loved cooking with Karn. She was patient, funny, and kind. Our class came with a personal tour of a local market and 4 delicious courses which included tom yum soup (2 ways), pad thai, panang curry, and sticky rice with mango. YUM. Would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Phuket!

We were picked up by the friendly driver who took us to the market to meet the charming Karn. She showed us many varieties of vegies and ingredients. Then we headed off to her lovely breezy kitchen with large prepping table and cooking area. The setting is beautiful, and Karn was very lovely. The food tasted fresh and delicious and I will definitely be cooking all of tge recipes back home.

It’s so fun to have a private class learning how to make green curry paste and other Thai dishes with local herbs and ingredienys. The instructor is very friendly and patient. Our family is very happy with the experience

Having done many cooking classes this rates at the top. Visit to the market was very informative. The class was relaxing and even the novice cook would be inspired to do a lot more cooking.

My daughter was sick when we got to the market and you rushed off to buy her some water and a special oil. She then felt so much better and you wouldn't accept my offer to pay for these goods. We both enjoyed your class and the food that we made,thank you very much.

This was such a great experience. The market tour and cooking class is a perfect combination and fun activity to do in Phuket! We had a lot of fun at the class, and the food we made was delicious! Highly recommended! :)
