Hospitality, Wine and Traditional Umbrian Cuisine

We loved Casale Fusco’s beautiful setting among olive groves, vineyards, and truffle groves. The traditional dishes were delicious and made with quality ingredients. Vincenzo personally guided us through a three-wine tasting, sharing fascinating stories about the wines and the local area. It was a wonderful and authentic taste of Umbria.
