In this class Chef Noémie will teach you how to make an Italian meringue base of the crispy biscuits. You will be trained to pipe in the perfect way and you will know all the secrets to master two classical feelings such as, lemon, chocolate, salted caramel, pistachio, raspberry...

10:00 am: Introduction with a cup of tea or coffee
10:10 am: Presentation of the recipes, explanation of the key steps in baking and assembling the macaron
10:15 am: First feeling
10:30 am: First batch of macaron batter
10:45 am: Piping and backing
11:00 am: Second batch, piping and backing
11:30 am: Second feeling
12:00 pm: Assembling
12:15 pm: Place the macaron in a box to go back home with your creations
12:30 pm: Back home full of pride

"Fun!"

My granddaughter and I enjoyed this class immensely. If you want to have a really good time and enjoy making macarons you need to sign up for Noemie's class. She was very personable and had a cute sense of humor. Everyone in the class was able to participate. The macarons tasted great and we each took a box filled with macarons with us. We came from the states. Merci Noemie.

Perfect experience. Where better to learn how to bake macaron than Paris. The teacher was amazing and fun. She kept the class up the whole time. On my next visit to Paris, another class is a must! 😄😄😄

"Pure delight"

Thanks to the patience and good humor of my teacher/chef, this was one of the most incredible parts of my visit. She not only explained how to perform certain tasks, but why things were done as they were. I couldn't ask for a better teacher. And, for those few macarons that were not perfect, i got to eat my mistakes!!! Highly recommended!
