The space was gorgeous and our chef, Maria was fabulous. We loved our experience as a family. The food was delicious and we had a ton of fun. I would recommend this experience 1000%

Wonderful experience!! The most gorgeous setting! Anna A is a great hostess and chef. Full of life and information!! I learned so much. The food was delicious and the wine good. Claudia was also great! Super value for your dollar. If you are going to do one experience while in Sorrento this is the one!

This cooking class was the best activity of our trip! Fabio picked us all up and gave us a tour of his home. It was an authentic experience! then we were guided through an afternoon of cooking, learning and drinking wine! Amazing food and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!!!!

We had an amazing experience in this cooking class. We did this class with our kids who are 6 and 3. Everyone was helpful, kind, and patient. Our kids really enjoyed truly being part of the experience. The food at the end was incredible! The setting and facilities were beautiful! We would highly recommend.

Annie G lead us on a great class. In a great location we learned the skills of dough making we can take home. The lunch we created and the planned class were excellent.

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere! I would highly recommend this wonderful experience. We had delicious food, lively conversation and even better views.

What a terrific experience and we had such a lovely group. Setting is amazing and Anna our chef and Claudia her friend and assistant were great. Learnt so much and the apron and recipes to take home leave is in good stead to replicate the good - be prepared for a delicious very filling lunch - just agreat experience

This was an amazing class with a great group of people and the chef was so friendly and knowledgeable! We made a variety of dishes, were given a book with the recipes to try ourselves at home, and didn’t feel rushed. Our chef, Anna, took her time to explain everything, answer any questions, and checked our progress throughout the class. The food was DELICIOUS!! Would highly recommend this class!!

Lovely venue and fun experience. Anna and Claudia were both well organized and kept the class moving at a great pace. We made so many dishes...pizza, gnocchi, fettuccini and tiramisu...and came away with a detailed recipe book.

This was such a fun day! It started with a transfer to the beautiful hotel where we would enjoy the cooking class. We were greeted with prosecco and were allowed to tour the gardens while waiting for other guests to arrive. We then went into the cooking class on an outside terrace overlooking the beautiful coastline. We learned how to make the best bolognese sauce, pizza dough, gnocchi, fettuccine and tiramisu. I had no idea that these foods are so easy to make and require only basic, simple ingredients. At the end of the course we enjoyed a lovely meal which we all helped to prepare along with lots of wine! We were given a recipe book to take home, and I look forward to making these homemade meals with my daughters when I return home. Thank you Anna and Claudia for a wonderful and memorable experience!

Ana and Claudia were absolutely amazing. They broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand and execute. They established an environment that made it safe for you to ask questions and make mistakes. We got to eat the pasta that we made and the pizza dough that was made from the class the previous day (so it had enough time to rise). They provided Prosecco, white wine, and red wine throughout the experience. The facility is gorgeous. So happy that I took this class because now I feel like I can go home and make real pasta and pizza from scratch. 10/10 would recommend.

What a great experience in beautiful surroundings. Hanna and Claudia were so kind and helpful and made the experience worthwhile. We learned how to make gnocchi, pizza dough, tagliatelle, sauce and tiramisu. The small group made it entertaining.

We loved the setting the food and especially Anna she was fabulous!! So fun to learn how to make an entire meal, the sauce, gnocchi, pizza, pasta and even the tiramisu!

This was an amazing experience! I learned so much on how to make pizza and pasta from scratch. And i did this solo as a gift to myself. The group was friendly.. Chef Anna was so nice and informative. After making the dough for the pasta and the pizza (technically we eat the dough from the class who made it a day before), we got to enjoy it! Oh and Chef Anna’s right hand, her best friend was so lovely too. Would do this again! 10/10.

An absolutely wonderful experience. We learned so much about preparing pastas, pizza and tiramisu. We were also offered prosecco and wine all throughout the activity. Chef Hanna and her assistant Julia were both so friendly and wonderful. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

I'll start off with complimenting Ana and Julia who were absolutely fantastic. They taught us real skills and what ingredients to look out for. I can't wait to try these recipes back at home because our pizza and pasta lunch was some of the best I've had and that includes Michelin star restaurants! Everything tasted so fresh - as it should because we made it right there! :) The wine and Prosecco kept flowing and never stopped. And the facility was absolutely gorgeous. The pool, the garden, the outdoor kitchen, and the views of the sea made for the best atmosphere. So when you're in the area, I highly recommend taking this class!

I recently had an incredible cooking class in Sorrento, set in the breathtaking hills with panoramic views that added to the charm of the day. The small group setting allowed for personalized attention from our fantastic Chef Anna, who guided us through making authentic pasta and pizza from scratch. The hands-on experience was both educational and fun, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that made everything taste divine. After cooking, we enjoyed our homemade meals with wine in the beautiful outdoor setting, surrounded by nature. This class perfectly blended the joys of cooking with the beauty of Sorrento—a must-do experience!

I was very skeptical of only 5 star reviews from so many people. We decided to do it anyway. What wonderful time. Wine poured the entire time. Way too much food by the end. Didn’t have to eat dinner that evening. Pizza was phenomenal. Gnocchi was excellent. Bolognese was incredible and of course you can’t go wrong with tiramisu. Wonderful for couples and families. Would highly recommend!!

This pizza and pasta course was amazing!! Lots of time learning about making the pizza and pasta and it was hands on rather than just watching someone else do it. The food at the end was absolutely delicious too!!

Chef Anna and Claudia were amazing teachers! I have very basic skills in cooking, but Anna was so patient, attentive and provided clear and easy instructions for us to follow. The entire experience was wonderful, the food was delicious and would highly recommend!

This was probably my favorite experience of my trip. The class was so fun! We ate so much food and had wine. Our meals were made with fresh and quality ingredients. The view was also incredible. They gave us a recipe book to try them at home. I highly recommend this experience, they were very thorough and made it feel easy.

Arriving at Chez Barone Cooking School was so exciting. A beautiful site with spectacular views greeted us. Everything started with a glass of exceptional Prosecco and introductions to the two chefs that guided our experience. Our chefs were so talented and friendly they made the entire experience a culinary dream. We made the most delicious pizzas, tagliatelle pasta with Bolognese sauce, incredible gnocchi, and to top it all off, we made our own tiramisu. Last of all was delicious, homemade Limoncello. We were so sad to leave our new friends but left with all the recipes and the best of memories.

Easy meeting place provided with transportation! Beautiful location and exceptional instruction provided by Chef Anna and Claudia. We booked our tickets well in advance but others booked the day prior too. This was definitely a highlight during our time in Sorrento, not to be missed!! Anna’s pasta recipe will be in my family forever . What an amazing experience to share with my partner at an outdoor kitchen among the lemon trees...bravo!!

We absolutely loved the class. Anna and her team were friendly and fun to learn from. She was amazing with the kids ( ages 15 and 12)and fully engaged them in the class. I would highly recommend this class to everyone!!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Sorrento. My husband and I were picked up at the train station, lovely ride up the hills of Sorrento. The spot is fantastic, 300 year old palazzo, restored with beautiful attention to every detail. Walk past the stunning pool to the outdoor cooking school! The views, the set up all exceeded our expectations. It was fun and relaxing. Chefs Anna and Uliana were warm, informative and fun. Anna is a wonderful chef with so much knowledge she shares freely. The view of the Gulf of Naples with Vesuvius in the background was a serene setting. It’s a calming, fun break from the crowds. The food was delicious. Highly recommend Chez Barone.

Overall, it was a great experience! Anna and Julia were very personable and knowledgeable. The class was conducted in a friendly manner...anyone can cook! The view was also amazing!!! I highly recommend this activity.

We had a lovely evening at Chez Barone. We arrived a bit late and we found other guests sipping wine on the patio next to the pool with a great view. What a better welcome? The class was fun, informative, entertaining. And the result was super tasty. I would recommend to everyone locals alike to spend an afternoon with the team at Chez Barone, you won't regret it.

The class was incredibly well organised, views were beautiful, food was delicious, kitchen was stunning and fabio and the 2 chefs were so welcoming and talented. It was far beyond my expectations and was the best evening. I would reccomend everyone to do it but i don't think you can beat this class. True professionals!
