This was a great and fun experience for our family. It is very kids friendly and our daughter loved making pasta and tiramisu! We met some lovely people who also attended the class! Definitely recommend this experience.

The chef showed us a wine cellar that was several hundred years old, and we had a great walk around Florence picking up groceries. The class itself was held in a beautiful kitchen and it was all very well-organized. He let me bring the recipes we cooked home as well! They were so simple and tasty. 11/10 experience.
We had a wonderful experience with Chef Giorgio in his Florence Food Studio. He kept hour three teenagers engaged. We made pizzas, calzones, gelato, sorbet and cookies! The entire experience was so well thought out and we got to sit down to a lovely dinner when the cooking was finished. We highly recommend other travelers to this studio if you are looking for an enjoyable and informative experience. Thank you Chef Giorgio!
Great to learn pasta-making from an expert.
Our class with Giorio was one of the main highlights of our honeymoon. We agreed after we got back from the trip that it was the best meal we had! Giorgio and his assistant were so engaging and made the experience part lesson and part private meal. I'm celiac (gluten free) and we made the most incredible gnocchi dish - my husband is not gluten free and agreed it was the best gnocchi he has ever had. Cannot recommend booking a class here enough - you will not regret it! 11/10
We met at a market and bought fresh veggies. We went to a cheese shop in a cellar and learned about and tasted cheeses. Then we got to the kitchen and we made three or four recipes. The instructors were super helpful and even sent us the recipes after. The food was delicious. They made us snacks and wine for our break. 10/10.
We had a really fun experience while learning the the small details to make a better pasta. Great fun with other guests from other countries!
My friends and I had a wonderful pizza and gelato making class with Giorgio! We learned how to make gelato, sorbet, cookies to accompany it, pizza and calzones. It was great that while we made our own, he also had extra dough and gelato base since it takes a while to set. He was very personable and taught us a lot of new tips. He’s a great teacher! The location was charming, too! We enjoyed our meal we made with wine and conversation after. Would definitely recommend joining Giorgio for a food making class in Florence!
Meri was fantastic, lovely space and the food we made was delicious. We made ravioli with ricotta and pear filling, tagliatelle in pesto sauce, and strawberry panicota. Would highly recommend!
I had a fantastic time at the Florence Food Studio, the team were great and very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a solo traveler and I selected this course specifically because it was open to solo travelers where as many courses required a minimum of 2 people. On my course was a couple from the U.S and another solo traveler also from the U.S. who were all very nice. We visited a local fruit and veg market for ingredients and then a local deli where we had a short explanation about the provenance of all the ingredients and their quality. We also had the opportunity to try the different cheese on offer and I also bought some to take home with me. On arrival at the studio we were told we would be making four dishes, Souffle, Ravioli, Tagliatelli and a Pannacotta, all using the local fresh ingredients we had purchased, specifically selected as they were in season. You have hands on tuition in the creation of fresh egg pasta, I found this invaluable for the little hints and tips you would never have known! You also contribute towards the creation of all the dishes as a group and following a mid class prosciutto and prosecco break (great!) you are served the four dishes you have cooked along with a bottle of wine or two! A really great day and a fantastic way to learn about the different ways of cooking across Italy and specifically, all the little secrets to making amazing fresh pasta.
Paulo was a wonderful teacher! From basic skills, to learning about cheesees, and then all the great cooking, he walked us through it all! Small class size kept it easy to learn. Would do it again tomorrow!
My daughters and I had a leisurely private cooking class with Gorgio, and my husband joined us for the meal. Gorgio was a fabulous, patient teacher and taught us so many useful cooking techniques and tips. We made pasta, ravioli, papa (?) tomato-bread dish, chicken fricassee and the best tiramisu i've ever had (with hard lady fingers). It was a fabulously unique mother-daughter bonding afternoon. Paolo was warm and welcoming. The location is off the beaten trail and very hip. I can't recommend this enough. Grazie!!!

Georgio & Paolo run a professional cooking class and with our class of 3 couples, we were hands on making Pasta's and a Dessert that we then devoured with wine. One of the highlights of our trip. A definite recommend while in Florence.
Initially, it looked rather expensive for us both, but at the end of the session, we felt it was one of the best things we did while in Florence. We met two lovely couples from the USA, made our own pasta & sauce and tossed flour around the kitchen while under the guidance of Georgio & Paolo, who were both passionate & entertaining. Highly recommend.
