Amazing cooking class, Carmen was so fun and friendly. Learned how to make gnocchi and pasta the real Italian way. A wonderful experience for my friends and I, so many laughs and memories. Thank you Carmen and her team for making a raining afternoon in Sorrento one to treasure.

What an amazing way to spend time in Sorrento! 4 of us did this cooking course with Carmen. We made pasta, gnocchi and limoncello tiramasu. It was absolutely brilliant. Carmen is great fun and full of life and makes the experience even better! We were laughing the whole time. Unlimited wine and prosecco! The staff were all exceptionally friendly. We had such a laugh and they send you the recipes afterwards if you would like to try at home. We ate the pasta and gnocchi afterwards, as well as the tiramasu and it was delicious! I highly recommended. Thank you Carmen and staff.

This was an amazing authentic Italian experience while also being educational! 10/10 would recommend! Carmen was amazing!!! Best experience ever! We got to make different dishes like Gnocchi and eggplant Parmesan while having a blast!

This was SUCH a fun experience. Would highly recommend for ANYONE! Chef Carmen is the BEST!! I did not want this experience to end and would love to come back some day. I will remember this experience forever and wish I could be with chef Carmen all of the time!

3 Girlfriend's and I took the most amazing class with the one and only Chef Carmen!! We made Gnocchi and probably the best Eggplant Parm I've ever Eaten and to boot a Lemon Tiramisu. She kept us drinking and also fed us with stories and lessons and tips of how to cook like real Italians!!! I WILL be revisiting her and her team made us feel right at home!! Very easy to find and just so delicious!!!! Carmen is a powerhouse of warmth and knowledge and humor which always makes it more fun!! We had the best time and can't wait to try these dishes to impress our families and friends!! Do yourselves a favor and take any class you can with Chef Carmen!!! Love you Carmen!!

My wife and I had an amazing time with Chef Carmen at this cooking class! Our goal was to learn things we can take home and that's exactly what we got out of the class - we've been cooking lots of what we learned to make in the 6 months since we left Sorrento. With that said, we got so much more out of the class with the atmosphere. It was such a fun experience. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone!!!

I wish I was able to leave a ten star review. Five stars just doesn't seem adequate! Me, my wife and daughters took Chef Carmen's class while on vacation in Italy. It was a total blast!! Chef Carmen is an amazing person and a complete joy to be around. Her class was very informative and extremely fun! I cant's stress this enough. Also, this class is completely interactive, meaning, that it was not a demonstration. You prepare the dishes while Chef Carmen advises you while you work. Many cook classes do not do this. It becomes a demonstration. Not so with Chef Camren. She throws you right into the "fire"! we made two fabulous dishes with a dessert. Cooking with Chef Carmen was the highlight of my vacation. If you are undecided about booking this class, don't be. You won't regret your decision!

From the moment we walked in to the very end was amazing! We left with full bellies and full hearts and memories to last a lifetime. We learned how to make true eggplant parmesan, Gnocchi Sorrentino and tiramisu. Everyone including the teens were engaged and had a great time. Hospitality, excellent food and a truly amazing experience. I will make these items no other way than the way Chef Carmen taught us!! Can't wait to go back!!

Chef Carmen makes cooking fun and simple. She taught us how to make pasta dough correctly sharing the tips to get it the correct consistency. Everything is hands on so you take away not just recipes but actual experience making the dishes. As the chef says "piano, piano slowly, slowly".

She makes cooking fun while you learn about kneading dough. She is encouraging and full of of valuable information. We had so much fun and met some cool people in the class. Bellissima!
