José took us to the Setúbal market, where he introduced us to local seafood and regional ingredients – super interesting and authentic. Afterwards, we cooked a traditional Portuguese fish stew together, which was a lot of fun, even for those who don't usually enjoy cooking. The wine tasting in Azeitão was also excellent. The small group size made the whole experience personal and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore a different and more local side of Portugal.

The tour to the Setúbal market was amazing, full of local flavors and fresh products. The visit to the cellar was very interesting and well explained, making everything even more special. To conclude, the lunch he prepared was simply delicious — homemade food, made with affection and quality ingredients. A genuine, well-organized and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend!
