Xin chào,

I’m Lua, a home chef who is so pround of introducing Vietnamese cuisine to the world. When I'm not in my kitchen.... I love to travel (I have visited 13 countries and still counting!). I also practice yoga, meditation and Latin dancing for a healthy mind and body.

I hope you can join me in my home and allow me to share some of the wonders of Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine. We will cook together as a team. I will advise you on how best to prepare the food and guide you step by step through that cooking process with my cooking experience/tips to ensure you to get the best results; how to switch from non-vegetarian to vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant or special diets, to substitute ingredients ensuring that you have no problem repeating recipes at home. I use high-quality ingredients, exclusive of MSG.

An experience in my cooking class is not just about cooking and eating home food but also about spending time together to talk, share stories, traveling experiences and cultures.

Starter: choose one

• - Gỏi cuốn chay – Fresh summer rolls with peanut butter dipping sauce
• - Chả giò chay – Fried spring rolls
• - Gỏi chay - Vietnamese salad
• - Bánh cuốn chay - Rice crepe rolls with mushroom and onion

Main course: choose one

• - Bún riêu chay – Rice noodles soup
• - Phở chay - Rice noodles soup
• - Bánh xèo chay - Pancake
• Stir-fried noodles
• - Mì Quảng – Tumeric noodles soup

Dessert: 

• Chè – Sweet soup (banana, sweet potato, mung bean or taro with coconut milk)

Morning:

• 9:30 am: Meeting at my home
• 9:40 am: Starting our cooking class
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy your meal
• 12:30 pm: End of class

Afternoon:

• 2:00 pm: Meeting at my home
• 2:10 pm: Starting our class
• 4:30 pm: Enjoy your meal
• 5:00 pm: End of class

Evening:

• 6:30 pm: Meeting at my home
• 6:40 pm: Starting our class
• 9:00 pm: Enjoy your meal
• 9:30 pm: End of class
