We will travel down in history following the route of the old train of Lima, from the Bohemian district of Barranco to the colonial neighborhood of Chorrillos. Explore the fishing community where the illustrious Peruvian hero José Olaya was born, the Caleta de Chorrillos. Learn the hidden mysteries of the microcosm of the sea with a local fisherman from the artisan market to his boat. You will see all kinds of fish and marine fauna.

Our very own Tatiana is the ideal Chef for this culinary adventure at sea. With great knowledge of arts of ceviche, she is the kind of person who is always makes sure everyone is learning and having fun!

Feel the sea breeze, follow the flight of seabirds and contemplate the natural landscape. Contemplate Lima from the Pacific Ocean aboard a craft boat turned into a ship-restaurant. With fish caught straight from the sea, you will learn how to cook a fresh and authentic Peruvian ceviche!

Jadwal

• 11:00 am: Meet our local fisherman and start of the immersion. 
• 11:10 am: Aboard the food boat 
• 11:30 am: Observe “Salto del Fraile” reef, Herradura beach and Lima’s whole bay. 
• 12:00 pm: Traditional fishing class with the fisherman. Aprons on.
• 12:15 pm: Pisco Sour appetizer and ocean to table lunch with the best view on Lima.
• 12:30 pm: Ceviche cooking class, make your own ceviche from the ocean to the table! 
• 2:00 pm: Time to come back to the ground.
