Hello - xin chao from Vietnam! I am Vinny, the founder of Street Food Man and also a street food blogger. I'm 100% Vietnamese and Vietnamese street food is my HUGE PASSION ever. I created these tours with the purpose of taking tourists from all over the world to explore Saigon, taste Vietnamese street food off of the beaten path and experience the life of the local people. Take in the sights, sounds, and smells of Saigon as I guide you through the back alleys and hidden street that you otherwise wouldn't find on your own.
You will join the colorful throngs of motorbikes zipping across Ho Chi Minh City on a private tour that explores the city’s traditional cuisine and night markets. Sample a series of nine dishes as you taste your way through the city, and see at some fascinating places along the way, including a surprising pagoda inside an apartment and the banks of the Saigon River. With a personal guide to Ho Chi Minh City’s food and flavors, try each food in context, alongside cups of beer, soft drinks, or homemade rice wine.

Menu
- Banh Xeo and Banh Khot (the specialties central and southern rice pancake & mini crispy rice pancake)
- Grilling banana girdle- cakes
- Bún chả (grilled pork with noodles, Hanoi style)
- Corn milk
- Coconut ice cream
- BBQ seafood with 3 different dishes
- Balut (boiled, fertilized egg)
- Coconut milk flan
- Homemade Vietnamese sticky rice wine
- Special beer, soft drinks, mineral water or homemade Vietnamese rice wine
*If you are allergic to seafood, it will be replaced by BBQ meat
Jadwal
- 5:30 pm: Pick-up by your English-speaking guide
- 6:00 pm: Enjoy some Banh Xeo and Banh Khot
- 6:30 pm: Climb up to the top old buildings and see the contrasting architecture between modern and authentic Saigon
- 7:00 pm: Visit the biggest night flower market and soak up the wonderful bouquets and try grilling banana girdle- cakes
- 7:30 pm: Drive to District 5 and stop at a local restaurant to savor some bún chả (grilled pork with noodles, Hanoi style)
- 8:00 pm: Visit District 10 and try coconut ice cream at a shop established in 1975
- 8:20 pm: Enjoy the banks along the Saigon River with a welcoming breeze
- 8:40 pm: End your food and motorbike tour in District 4, where you will enjoy a seafood meal of 3 different dishes and an authentic food challenge!
- 9:15 pm: Your local guide will be happy to provide you some tips on how to find the best food in Vietnam
- 9:30 pm: Back to your accommodation, end of the tour
