Class this morning with Ryan. Very personable, learnt heaps and had just a great experience. High;y recommend.

"A perfect introduction to Singaporean cuisine"

We started with the market tour at Tiong Bahru Market. Ryan provided us with lots of interesting background information: the history of the area, the market, the products on offer and the variety of hawker stalls. Afterwards we took a taxi to the cooking school. It is perfectly furnished so that we could start cooking right away. Ryan is an absolutely competent cooking professional, so we were able to benefit a lot. Enjoying the three-course meal was the perfect end to this great event.
