• Embark on a guided tour to a local wet market to procure fresh ingredients and learn about local produce.
• Return to our kitchen and learn to prepare five traditional dishes, with hands-on participation encouraged.
• Sit down to enjoy your culinary creations and toast with our homemade rice vodka.
• Receive your printed cook booklet and certificate as souvenirs of your enriching culinary experience.
