• Balinese Paste (base gede)
• Crancam Ayam (minced chicken soup with celery and fried shallot)
• Jujut Balung Nangka (chicken or pork spare ribs and young jackfruit Balinese curry)
• Ikan Bakar (grilled fish in a Balinese secret recipe)
• Sambal Matah (Balinese raw lemongrass sauce)
• Sate Lilit Ayam (minced chicken with Balinese paste in a bamboo skewer)
• Pepes Ikan (steamed fish with basil, tomato, and Balinese paste wrapped in banana leaf)
• Urap-Urap (assorted blanched vegetables with grated coconut, chili, and shrimp paste)
