Get ready to learn Tuscanbites old mama’s cooking secrets. A 3 course of Tuscan hand made Pasta, Tagliatelle, Gnocchi and Ravioli with inside Pears and Pecorino Cheese. While enjoying the hand son session, a glass of wine and fun expertise professionals.

First of all You will learn to make Handmade Pasta (tagliatelle) and sauces with fresh ingredients. You will make a traditional Tagliatelle, from dough made by a special machine, to hand made draft and finally cut Your Tagliatelle ready to cooked.

After Tagliatelle You enjoy to learn how make the best fresh potatoes "Gnocchi" in Town.

Lastly You prepare the Ravioli with inside Pecorino Cheese and Pears.

The class will be held at Tuscanbites place, menu can be tailor made to your group likes.

After cooking you can taste your dishes and drink a very good glass of wine.

"Unforgettable experience"

I came to the class with zero experience and zero expectations and can’t believe what I learned and how easy and fun it was. Expect a few hours of laughter as you learn how simple it is to make these pastas by hand. I am home and already repeating what I learned. This is by far my absolute favorite memory of Florence.

"Our favorite memory in Florence"

This was truly one of our favorite experiences! It was more than just an ordinary cooking class because the chefs made it so fun and interesting. While enjoying many glasses of wine, we made tagliatelle pasta with tomatoes and basil, butter and sage gnocchi, and (our favorite) pear and pecorino ravioli with the most amazing pistachio sauce! They give you the recipes after the class to take home too. When we got back home weeks later we impressed our friends for dinner and recreated the pasta from scratch including the pistachio sauce and it was a huge hit! It was easy to recreate making homemade pasta because of this class. This was our favorite memory in Florence for sure. Highly recommend!! - Michael and Shari

"Great class!! Must do in Florence"

What a great class!!! My husband and I did this as part of our honeymoon. There were 4 of us in the class and every person got to make their own pasta dough from scratch, we all go to try every part of the process (no sit back and watch) the wine was generous and flowing. Then we got to eat! We all laughed and had a great time. Worth every cent, do it!
