This cooking class 3 days tour is a complete journey into Italian cusine and its territory. As a private tour you can ask in advance your preferred dishes and tastes, so our Team can plan a customize Tour schedule, in order to combine learning, excursions and fun for this very Italian cooking experience.

Each day will be a combination of short excursions and three different cooking classes in a stylish Cooking school. One day you explore Verona town centre, while, during the other two, you will visit the territory around, such as Valpolicella or Lessini Mountains.

During the walk into a local market or shop, like a bakery or butcher, you will buy some last minute ingredients for your cooking class; the Chef will show you the Italian lifestyle and the typical manners to learn how to choose the fresh products and communicate with the locals. In the nearby territory, during a visit to a local farm perhaps, you will meet the owners and get some memorable photos of the vineyards or farmland.

After the morning activities you go back to the kitchen, and start preparing the meal. Wear a personal apron and get ready for this culinary adventure.

Cooking from scratch, with all equipment provided, you will prepare some fresh pasta, mix up ingredients for sweet dessert and learn about Antipasti making process. At the end, you sit around the table and enjoy the meal, while talking about Italian traditions and food, in front of a nice glass of local Valpolicella wines.
