Learn how to cook authentic Thai dishes using the finest homegrown ingredients from our garden. You'll master five Thai dishes of your choice, sourcing the freshest produce from local markets. Enjoy fresh fruits while learning to prepare your favorite dishes such as Som Tum, Tom Yum Kung, or Mango Sticky Rice.

Our farm is located in San Sai, approximately 10km from Chiang Mai's old city, offering a serene atmosphere with fresh air and breathtaking views.

Kru Ploy, the owner and instructor of this course, provides a hands-on learning experience. She'll teach you how to identify fresh ingredients and prepare them in our spacious kitchen.

Don't worry if you're a beginner—just come and have fun!

9:00 - 9:30 am: Pick up at your hotel
10:00 am: Local market tour.
10:30 am: Arrive at our school and welcome drink is served
10:45 am: Visit organic farm and get some ingredient for cook
11:00 am: Cooking class and enjoy your food
3:30 pm: End of the cooking class and go back to your hotel

"Awesome cooking school!"

Highly recommend this cooking class!! They pick you up in town and take you to the local market where you can try different fruits and desserts. Then you hand pick the vegetables you will need to cook with from a local organic farm next to the actual cooking school. My group was super impressed with how organized and efficient they were to teach us 5 different recipes of Thai dishes you select within just a few hours. The food turned out awesome and they take pictures you can access online and provide you with a recipe book. You eat all the food you can before they drop you off back in the town. We would recommend this to anyone visiting chiang mai with an interest in cooking!! We had such a great time

Informative tour of the local fresh market, then to the organic farm and cooking school. Ploi is very knowledgeable about Thai food, the class is well organized and fun. One of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended.

"The perfect Thai cooking class experience"

We booked this cooking class through our hotel and have enjoyed every second of it! We were picked up from our accommodation and taken to a local market to pick up local ingredients, we travelled about 30 minutes to the farm where we were welcomed by the family (& Dogs!!!!) and then we picked herbs from the farms which we also used in our cooking! The cooking school was clean, well equipped and organized! We cooked 5 dishes each and were able to learn and ask questions through-out. We loved every second of the class and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to book this experience! Top Tip: If you are attending in a couple make sure you both choose different dishes to cook, you get to enjoy a feast as you both cook and then eat the dishes together!!
