I learned so much, from making authentic Mole to perfecting Enchiladas and crispy Tacos Dorados. The food we made was the best I’ve ever tasted, and the whole experience was unforgettable. I would highly recommend this class for anyone looking to dive into Mexican cuisine, culture, and hospitality. A must-do!
