"Delightful experience"
This was a private lesson, and I had a wonderful time. Both instructors were incredibly personable and spoke impeccable English. We covered many dishes and ingredients and learned from each other, and the end result was more food than we could possibly eat!
The only drawback was that it was largely a demonstration; I only rolled one maki roll (something I already knew how to do). Would have liked to do more in terms of hands-on cooking.
