Edwina is pure joy, love and the best guide on a journey around food markets and just local life seen with eyes of an explorer. The class is tailored each time individually to the participants according to their tastes and preferences. Shopping using expressions in Arabic like a local makes the experience authentic. We combined ingredients and spices we would never think of to make fabulous food. Definitely going to try back home. Would highly recommend.

Loved the whole day. Started with an arabic lesson over coffee so we could go into the market to order our ingredients after deciding on our menu. The local market was fab and the vendors even understood what we were saying. Then we prepared all 8 dishes under the watchful eye of Edwina who was great fun and so knowlegable. Nothing was too taxing and making everything was really enjoyable. Then we had lunch and tasted all our dishes. And no washing up to do either. Edwina's riad was fabulous and would book dinner there too next time we are in town. Which is soon I hope. Really great day. And we highly recommend.

Edwina provides a wonderful cultural experience, from learning a few words of Arabic, to shopping for ingredients in her local market, and learning key techniques for creating yummy Moroccan food. We cooked 8 different dishes that were amazing! I would recommend her wholeheartedly!

Edwina was an incredible host - you couldn't ask for more! You get to agree on a menu for the day, learn some Arabic, visit an authentic market (not at all touristic) where you'll be doing the shopping (minus the paying), and then go back to cook in the most beautiful Riad I've come to see in all of Marrakech. The location is very well stocked and equipped, and the dynamic is very fluid and smooth. I was able to focus fully on the cooking and less on the cleaning (wish I had that at home). Any questions I may have had were answered with patience and detail. Most importantly, unlike other cooking classes I've attended, you have a hand in EVERY dish that's being served.

I would give this six stars...no seven!!! Wonderful course...wonderfully executed...wonderful surroundings...gorgeously wonderful food!!! Enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks to the wonderful Edwina
