Team up with your guide and chef downtown, where you can start your culinary adventure with a trip to the nearby farmers market. Weave between stalls piled high with fresh produce, fruits, meat, and spices as you select ingredients for your meal.
With your shopping bags full, head to the kitchen to unload and start the prep work. Chat about Caribbean and Costa Rican cuisine as you cook, sip refreshing cups of hibiscus or ginger iced tea between steps, and then put the finishing touches on your 3-course meal before you sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
