At the beginning of this class, you wear original Kimono style apron then the class starts at making noodles from scratch. After that, you learn how to make three types of soup and delicious topping ingredients.

Menu

Make three kinds of small size Ramen (The total amount of noodles is 100g)

Salt Ramen

• Topping: juicy sweet pork, bean sprouts, seaweed

Soy sauce Ramen

• Topping: steamed cabbage, green vegetables, sweet corn

Miso Ramen

• Topping: Spicy chicken, boiled eggs, green onion

Served with dessert

Lunch class:

• 11:30 am: Start class
• 11:35 am: Noodles from scratch
• 12:15 pm: Three kinds of taste soup (Salt, Soy sauce, Miso)
• 12:40 pm: Topping ingredients (cook meat, vegetables)
• 1:15 pm: Boil the noodles and decorate the topping ingredients
• 1:30 pm: Tasting
• 2:00 pm: End of the cooking class

Dinner class:

• 5:30 pm: Start class
• 5:35 pm: Noodles from scratch
• 6:15 pm: Three kinds of taste soup (Salt, Soy sauce, Miso)
• 6:40 pm: Topping ingredients (cook meat, vegetables)
• 7:15 pm: Boil the noodles and decorate the topping ingredients
