Excellent class with a lot of fun as well!
Cooking class was very good and we got very good instructions on the basic principles of making Thai food. The best part, of course, is teacher Noi who was very funny and we laughed almost the whole time of the class. There are lots of joking but still, Noi gave good instruction when we started making our own dishes and making sure that everything goes safely and correctly. Both dishes succeed very well and give us the courage to continue making Thai food when we are back in our home. The most important thing is also that all of the profits of that course goes for a good purpose for animal welfare. We are going to recommend this course to our friends who are going to travel Koh Lanta. Thanks for the class! Best regards! Jaakko and Alina
Noi was friendly and joking between the course. He explained very well the secrets of Thai cooking. Hope I can use it at home but i'll need to buy things in the asian shops. Also, I have 2 things to suggest: recipes should be written in bigger letters and 1 welcome drink or a bag should be included for this price. Regards - Gisela
The Time for Lime school of cookery is located perfectly right at the beach and the locality itself is also really nice! Noi, our teacher, was an entertainer and brilliantly taught us how to cook four dishes! Also the rest of the staff was really kind and attentive! In addition, with most of the profits going to Ko Lanta animal welfare the evening also has a charity aspect!
Our Bootcamp-Driller or Mr. Ramsey was the funniest and most competent teacher ever! We cooked 4 different dishes and there were vegan/vegetarian options. It was a beautiful location and you support a good cause! We were drinking cocktails during the course and having a great time. I can highly recommend this class. P.S. Ask Mr. Ramsey for his best pick-up-lines ;-).
Lovely staff great experience. Thank you
Really nice evening and many new ideas to bring back home!!
So fun and educational. Delicious courses.
Really entertaining with a very funny tutor, Noi. The vibe was good and very relaxed, but it felt more like a social get-together with a bit of good prep than a cooking class. The food was lovrly, but too much was done by the staff e.g we weren’t allowed to fry the fish or papaya, key elements of 2 dishes. Good fun and the food was fabulous, so would recommend as an activity - just not for those seriously wanting to learn cooking skills.
Noi was the best teacher, while being super funny he managed to give us a ton of info on thai cuisine ! Highly recommended :) Worth the money and for a good cause !
We really enjoyed our day, it was great fun. Our tutor who's name I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember was very funny with a great singing voice 😂
Nice restaurant. Perfect class. A lot of information, fun and good food. A fun day I recommend!
