What I liked: I liked the street food and market tour in the beginning of the class. Street food in Mexico City is amazing and the food I had at the tour was no exception. The class is located in the Colombian neighborhood of Mexico City and this area is historic and not as touristy as the city center. I was also the only tourist in the market so it had an authentic feel. What to know: The class is long but Chef Graciela's vibrant personality makes it go by really fast. Good for: Anyone who is interested in learning how to make tacos. Chef Graciela is a great teacher and I learned so much about tacos and salsas. I also enjoyed the variety that we made in the class. How to get there: Uber from your hotel.

I really enjoyed the class. It was really informative, and I liked the visit to the market. The cooking process was slow-paced, and it was easy to follow.
Our class was extraordinary. The kitchen was delightful and it an awesome experience that affected all of the senses. Chef Graciela walked us through the history and art of Mexican cooking from pre-Colombian times. It was fascinating. We were taught about the ingredients, the methodology, and made delicious authentic food. The staff were warm and friendly, the classroom was beautiful, the chef charming and gracious. We will be back and I will be recommending this to all of our friends.
