We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at their beautiful home. The class was very informative, accessible and a lot of fun. Along with the traditional techniques, they have some of their own special touches that you can't learn anywhere else. 100x better than learning on YouTube :)

Phenomenal experience. It was like walking into your grandmother's kitchen to learn and help her cook. It was so personal and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sicily

We had a wonderful time at Accursia's house in Sciacca. The environment and attention to detail surprised us. We were in a group (two of us are celiac) and the day exceeded all expectations. The garden and greenhouse are beautiful and their products are all handmade. If I were to return I would like to try another lesson with Accursia!

My name is Accursia, and I come from a long line of cooks. From a young age, I’ve been immersed in the art of cooking, especially in crafting bread, pasta, and traditional sweets. Much of my knowledge comes from my grandmother, who not only shared her dough-making secrets but also the stories behind each recipe. Today, as a business owner, I choose to work with seasonal, natural ingredients, carefully transforming them to elevate the dishes you’ll create alongside me.
