We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at their beautiful home. The class was very informative, accessible and a lot of fun. Along with the traditional techniques, they have some of their own special touches that you can't learn anywhere else. 100x better than learning on YouTube :)

We had a wonderful time at Accursia's house in Sciacca. The environment and attention to detail surprised us. We were in a group (two of us are celiac) and the day exceeded all expectations. The garden and greenhouse are beautiful and their products are all handmade. If I were to return I would like to try another lesson with Accursia!
