Your journey will start by getting picked up from your stay and driven to a local home in Delhi. My husband and I will give you a warm welcome.

After settling down, you will learn how to make your own Masala tea. We will have a little discussion about the variations of tea in different households and the combination of snacks being selected to complement each other which is based on taste and flavours. You can also taste all 4 types of teas during this high tea class. A conversation over a cup of tea can go longer to the discussion about India, culture, history, food, and customs. 

You will also taste all the snacks while learning how to make any 2 of them. The sweet and spicy snacks will help keep a balance and give a good taste whereas the thick sweet-spicy milk tea and green tea will be served to accomplish the scrumptious menu of snacks. Leave the place with a lifetime of memories, stories and experience as food memories are the best.

You will be able to taste all the home-made Indian snacks, sweets and tea listed below. However, you will be making one kind of tea along with any 2 type of snack of your choice.

Teas (Learn how to make 1 tea)

• Famous masala etc
• Steamed tea with exotic flavors
• Green tea
• Fruit-infused green tea or black tea

Homemade Indian snacks (Learn to make 2 snacks of your choice)

• Lentil fritters with greens
• Seasonal veggies fritters
• Stuffed baked mushrooms
• Chickpeas salad/Chat
• Paneer rolls
• Potato cutlets
• Mutton or chicken balls
• Finger sandwiches
• A couple of fried Indian snacks with a twist
• Chicken and paneer tikka 

Sweet Bites (Available for tasting)

• Indian cookies
• Assorted Indian sweets

You can enjoy tasting up to 4 different Indian teas.

This whole workshop is customizable and has been planned for those who want to enjoy famous Indian street food in hygienic surroundings. We discuss menu with you once we receive your booking.

• 3:30 pm: Pick up from your location.
• 4:00 pm: Reach the location and receive a warm welcome.
• 4:15 pm: Having a very refreshing light tea with some light snacks.
• 5:00 pm: Move to the kitchen to start the lesson 
• 5:10 pm: First, you will learn how to cook Indian homemade snacks. 
• 5: 30 pm: Enjoy the second lesson of tea with your freshly cooked snacks.
• 6:30 pm: Learn to make famous Indian spicy tea and one more snack.
• 6:15 pm: For the third lesson of tea tasting. Enjoy your hot fresh snack with few sweet items.
• 7:00 pm: Let's start the last lesson of the tea, you can decide which flavor of the tea you prefer to end the session.
• 8:00 pm: Time to say goodbye.
