(For Thursday classes, the market visit is replaced with extra time in the kitchen, where you'll be welcomed with local delicacies and wine.)

Back in the kitchen, you'll learn how to prepare a classic 3-course Czech menu from scratch. Under the guidance of your local host, you'll make Kulajda, a creamy traditional soup, followed by Czech goulash served with dumplings, and finish with povidlové buchty, sweet Czech buns filled with plum jam.

Throughout the class, you'll gain practical cooking skills, learn about traditional ingredients and techniques, and discover the tools commonly used in Czech kitchens. This experience is suitable for all skill levels, from complete beginners to enthusiastic home cooks.

After cooking, sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you've prepared together, accompanied by drinks provided by your host.
