Puglia Cooking Class

The whole experience was very authentic Italian. It is like coming to someone’s house and you are helping them prepare lunch while learning a bunch of interesting facts about their way of cooking:) The whole vibe was very relaxed and fun. The final result was soooooo delicious! I would definitely recommend it! 🤗

We learned and made traditional Italian dishes such as orecchiette, bruschetta and traditional ricotta pie. Very delicious. Stephania is generous in time ( no pressure), very well organized, sharing her cooking knowledge and we cook with quality ingredients. We strongly recommend Stephania.
