Cooking Mama Sorrento

It was a unique and enjoyable experience. The setting in the family’s garden, surrounded by lush lemon trees, made for a charming and intimate atmosphere. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and eager to share their culinary knowledge.

My partner and I recently attended the Limoncello Cooking Class and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made us feel like part of their family. The class was held in a beautiful garden surrounded by lemon trees, which provided a perfect setting for our cooking adventure.

Salvatore and his mother provided us with a unique and wonderful cooking experience in their professional kitchen. Before we began cooking we took a tour of their fabulous garden with all of the fresh ingredients we would be using to cook. We learned some great cooking techniques and then got to enjoy a tasty lunch of all that we made. I would highly recommend this wonderful experience!

My mother and I had an absolutely lovely cooking class today with a new cooking company, Cooking Mama. They are based in the little town of Piano di Sorrento, which was a 15 minute ride by train or taxi from Sorrento. You start with a tour of their garden, then walk a few minutes to their private kitchen right on the water. It is out of the way of tourists, and this young couple absolutely loves what they do. They were so hospitable, we had so much fun cooking, eating, drinking, and getting to know Andrea and Salvatore!! Highly recommend booking with them for an intimate and personal experience.

We had a great time, learned a lot, drank a little wine, laughed a little, had a spectacular meal, drank a little more wine, laughed a little more. A very enjoyable experience, well worth the money.

This was such a great experience. Salvatore was so kind and knowledgeable. It was so amazing to walk from the garden to the wharf where the cooking school is. This did not feel at all touristy but much more authentic. I highly recommend it.
