Tenuta Linazza

Just amazing! This is how to visit Italy. The food , the private tours the family. We have seen all of Italy and Sicily just beautiful. But to stay at a farm is like visiting your own family. We will go back again.

Have had multiple trips to Italy, but this was my first trip to Puglia region. My farm stay at Tenuta Linazza was, by far, my truest experience in ways of actually living the Italian way. The Casa Clarita B&B, situated in an Olive grove, across from the large swimming pool, next to the olive oil producing barn was quite welcoming. The accommodations with large bed, private bath and ample kitchen, combined with the wonderful breakfast, creative true Italian delicious dinner by Chef Emilio, was truly paradise. Each morning I'd sit in the field day dreaming, while listening to neighboring roosters, of the meal served the night before in the lovely restaurant. The organic food - pesto pasta for example, was amazing. At the end of the week, he gave a cooking class for local dish of my choosing. Emilio went out of his way to make this the best vacation. He became a friend, took us everywhere and insisted on showing us the best place for Gelato, a chocolate store....delicious......small local wine manufacturer for samples and then of course to the wonderful small historic towns of Puglia. The entire family donates their time and love to Tenuta Linazza and the consequences to the visitors is genuine......and did I mention delicious??!!

Enchanting.... the essence of Salento in this oil mill recovered and made into an accommodation facility available to those who want to savor the air, the colors, the scents of this wonderful land!!! Compliments for the cuisine...even traditional products revisited and proposed with an eye to innovation. Excellent quality raw material treated with respect and attention. The staff very friendly and prepared. A place to spend a romantic evening for two or cheerfully in the company of friends and relatives. Congratulations indeed for this corner of paradise. We will definitely see each other again on our next returns to Salento.
