Drink It In: Mezcal Tastings & Tours

You've arrived in the birthplace of mezcal, a strong liquor distilled from agave plants. Each agave plant takes at least seven years to reach maturity, upon which they're roasted in the ground under stone and dirt. The fermented agave juice is then distilled in wood-burning clay or copper pot stills. The result is strong stuff, with a high alcohol content of around 40%-50%. Drink your mezcal slowly and savor every sip.
