We believe every meal should be a visual feast as well as a tasty one. This class is designed for those who want a “FULL ON, HARD CORE but fun ” A - Z cooking class experience. Therefore, we have a range of plates, bowls and fresh organic materials to experiment with to create your own ‘food art’. This is where you can smile and say, ‘Wow! Look what I made!’ You cook and eat your own food the entire evening.

• Tom yum (Sour soup) (Shrimp/Veggie)
• Masaman curry (Veggie)

Thursday

• Som tum tod (Deep-fried papaya salad)
• Tom Kha (Tangy coconut Thai soup)
• Fresh herb salad and cashew nuts
• Panang curry with Shrimp/Tofu
• Sweet or fruit

Friday

• Pad Thai (Shrimp/Veggie)
• Som tam (Papaya salad)
• Red curry (Fish/Sweet Potato)
• Stir-fry chili paste (Shrimp/Tofu)
• Sweet or fruit

Saturday

• Crispy Spring Rolls, veggie
• Khao Soi curry (Shrimp/Veggie)
• Sweet, sour, spicy sauce with caramelized king fish/sweet potato
• Stir-fry morning glory
• Stir-fry jungle curry (Shrimp/Tofu)

Sunday

• Laab (fresh herb salad)
• Stir-fried red curry paste, shrimp/tofu
• Green Curry Veggie
• Fried Rice Veggie
• Sweet or fruit

  Time: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5.5 hours approx.) Wednesday - Sunday.
